OAK GROVE, Ky. - A judge has dismissed drug charges against the owner of a Western Kentucky smoke shop and his employees.
Back in April, Basil Ghalayini and three of his employees were charged with trafficking in synthetic drugs after police executed a search warrant at the Smoke-and-More in Oak Grove, Kentucky.
In the process, they confiscated nearly $1,200 of potpourri and nearly $2,600 in cash.
However, it turned out the search warrant was invalid, so a judge dismissed the charges on Thursday.
