Police: Woman Charged With DUI After Leaving Crash Scene

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A woman was arrested after walking to a nearby liquor store following a crash, according to police.

Police arrived at a crash scene on Old Hickory Boulevard to find one of the drivers missing. According to witnesses, she walked to a nearby liquor store right after the crash.

The suspect, Donna Maher, was found a short distance away and appeared to be under the influence.

She was arrested and charged with DUI. Police said she's been convicted of drinking and driving three times previously.
