1 pound bacon or turkey bacon, cooked
1 shallot
1 clove garlic (both cooked with the bacon)
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 ounces brown sugar (packed)
3/8 cup dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups canola oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Combine first six ingredients in a blender or mix using an immersion blender. Slowly emulsify oil into bacon mixture.
To serve, heat gently in saute pan and pour over greens and desired fixins while still warm. Toss and enjoy.
