1 pound bacon or turkey bacon, cooked1 shallot1 clove garlic (both cooked with the bacon)3/4 cup apple cider vinegar3 ounces brown sugar (packed)3/8 cup dijon mustard1 1/2 cups canola oil1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepperCombine first six ingredients in a blender or mix using an immersion blender. Slowly emulsify oil into bacon mixture. To serve, heat gently in saute pan and pour over greens and desired fixins while still warm. Toss and enjoy.
