NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Police have arrested three Nashville residents suspected of manufacturing methamphetamine.

Officials said during a traffic stop on Interstate 24, police found one gram of meth, aluminum foil, coffee filters, two plastic bottles containing an acid and an organic solvent inside the driver, Steven Fisher's car. All these items are commonly used to make meth. Fisher was arrested at the scene.

Following the traffic stop, police searched Fisher's Karen Ray Court residence and found more items linked to the manufacture of methamphetamine. At the home Frankie Jordan and his girlfriend, Sharon Self admitted to officers they were planning to make more meth. Both Jordan and Self were arrested and charged.
