NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Interstate 40 westbound in Bellevue has re-opened following a serious crash on Friday morning.
The crash happened around 8:30 a.m. at mile marker 196. An ambulance was on scene, but it's unclear how many were injured or how serious the injuries were.
Traffic was at a standstill for about an hour, but the crash was moved to the side of the roadway around 9:30 a.m. to allow traffic through.
