SWAT Team Seizes Drugs, Cash In Raid At La Vergne Home

LA VERGNE, Tenn. – A raid at a home in La Vergne uncovered a large amount of marijuana, cash, and drug paraphernalia.

The La Vergne SWAT team served a search warrant at the home on Old Nashville Highway on Friday morning. Inside the home, they found a felony amount of marijuana, nearly $600 in currency, and miscellaneous paraphernalia.

One man was taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. His identity was not immediately confirmed.

The investigation is ongoing.
