BEDFORD COUNTY, Tenn. – Authorities in Bedford County are searching for a man who's been missing for several days.

The Bedford County Sheriff's Office said Matthew Tibbs was last seen around 1:36 a.m. Friday at his home on Tollgate Road, according to the Shelbyville Times Gazette.

His family discovered the back door open around 5:50 a.m. Though Tibbs was nowhere to be found, police discovered his truck, keys, phone, glasses and wallet were left behind.

There was no sign of forced entry at the house, and investigators do not suspect foul play.

Searches have been ongoing since Friday night, according to the paper.

Anyone with information on Tibbs' whereabouts is asked to call the Bedford County Sheriff's Department at (931) 684-3232.
