It provides a confidential ride home and tow, free of charge, to anyone who may have had too much to drink by calling 1-800-AAA-HELP (4357).
'Tow to Go' has kept more than 12,300 drunk drivers off the roads since 1998 and is designed to protect everyone on the roads from preventable car crashes, not just the intoxicated driver from a DUI.

WHAT: Sober Ride
This is 26th year the program has provided free, safe, and sober rides in Nashville.
WHEN: 11 p.m. New Year's Eve until 2 a.m. New Year's Day.
WHERE: Sober Ride bus stops for downtown revelers: 6th and Broadway. Riders will be picked up in DCSO vehicles as well as shuttles provided by Inner City Ministries. Drivers will take people home or to a hotel, not to another party or bar, and serves Davidson County only.
CLARKSVILLE
WHO: Clarksville Transit System
WHAT: Operation Safe Ride
For the 23rd straight year, the Clarksville Transit System will offer free bus rides on New Year's Eve, into the early morning hours of New Year's Day. Operation Safe Ride is a five-hour service offering free rides home from any public or private location within the Clarksville city limits. The number to call to get a free ride home is 931-553-2429.
