Pedestrian Hit By Three Cars While Crossing Lebanon Pike

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A woman was seriously injured when she was hit by three cars while trying to cross Lebanon Pike Friday night.

Police said the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on Lebanon Pike near Juarez Drive. According to police the woman was attempting to cross the roadway when she was struck, possibly by several cars. The victim was taken by ambulance to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and was said to be critically injured.

Officials have not released the victim's name or age. It was unclear if any drivers would be charged in this case.
