PARIS, Tenn. - A large fire has destroyed a former antique mall near downtown Paris in West Tennessee.

Officials said firefighters were called to the building on North Market Street, formerly Market 414 Furniture and Antique Mall, around 6 p.m. Crews were only on the scene a short time before the fire spread and engulfed the building.

No injuries were reported. It took about two hours to bring the fire under control.

There was no immediate word on the cause. The business had not been open for some time.
