NASHVILLE, Tenn.- It has only
been a few days since the NHL announced the lockout was over, and Saturday the Predators invited some of their
biggest fans to celebrate.
"I think everyone is
really going to be into it because we have a lot of lost time to make up for,"
said Predators' fan, Erin Taylor.
The Bridgestone Arena
opened its doors for its official kickoff celebration party. Fans got to enjoy
concessions, get a picture with Gnash, and even see the team hit the ice for a
practice.
As a special bonus, those
who came got to pre-purchase tickets for the first two home games. Even though
a schedule hasn't been set, fans there say they are pumped for the season to
begin.
