SMYRNA, Tenn.- Working from a tip, officers in Smyrna were able to take down three people selling marijuana out of a tanning salon.

Over several months, undercover cops were able to make over five purchases of pot during business hours at Smyrna Video & Tanning on Hazelwood Drive. They were able to search the business owner's home, where they found 52 marijuana plants, one and a half pounds of pot already processed to buy, as well as firearms and digital scales.

The Rutherford County Grand Jury was able to indict the owner, Jeffery Smith, along with his wife, Virginia Smith. 37-year old Timothy Hollis, 37, was also indicted on drug charges.
