NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The family of a murder victim is now offering a $20,000 reward for information leading the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the crime.
The family of Dalia Gutierrez-Sanchez initially issued a $10,000 reward in November, and increased the reward to $15,000 in January.
Investigators said Gutierrez-Sanchez was approached by a gunman after parking her car outside her apartment building on Wallace Road on August 24, 2012. During an altercation, she was shot and killed. Police said robbery is a possible motive since her purse was taken. The gunman fled the apartment complex on foot and was last seen on Wallace Road.
The $20,000 reward is in addition to
the reward of up to $1,000 offered by Crime Stoppers. The $20,000 reward is
effective for 30 days from February 19.
Anyone with information in the murder of Gutierrez-Sanchez is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
