Woman Accused Of Killing Boyfriend's Dog

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A 31-year-old woman has been accused of killing her boyfriend's dog with a box cutter.

According to a court affidavit, Kimberly Freeman was upset with her boyfriend and took his dog to the park back in November.

When she returned, the boyfriend asked where the dog was and Freeman told him she was gone. The affidavit said the boyfriend then found his dog with its throat cut over by the dumpster in his apartment complex.

Freeman is charged with aggravated assault and intentional killing of an animal.
