American Airlines Cancels Flights At Nashville Airport

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A spokesperson for Nashville Airport confirms at least one major airline has canceled flights ahead of an expected winter weather front.

It was announced Thursday afternoon that American Airlines will cancel all inbound flights to Nashville International Airport Thursday night due to anticipated weather. Friday morning all departures were cancelled. It was not clear what time normal flight schedules would resume.

No other airlines have commented about potentially limiting flights due to weather.
