Naked Chicken Parm

Ingredients:

 • 1 stick light string cheese

• 1 Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Frozen Chicken Breast Fillet

• 1/4 cup low-fat marinara sauce

 

Cooking Instructions:

 

1. Tear string cheese into pieces, and roughly chop.

 2. Place frozen Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillet on a microwave-safe plate. Cover and microwave for 2-1/2 minutes.

 3. Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Add chicken and top with sauce, followed by cheese.

 4. Cover and cook until sauce is hot and cheese has melted, about 1 minute. Ta-da!

  • 3 ounces Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Refrigerated Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ranch dressing/dip seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Buffalo-style hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced celery

 

Directions:

 

  1. Mix yogurt with ranch seasoning in a medium bowl. Stir in lettuce and blue cheese.
  2. In another medium bowl, coat Grilled & Ready® Diced Chicken Breast with hot sauce.
  3. In a tall glass, layer half of each ingredient: lettuce mixture, carrots, celery, and saucy chicken.

  • 2 tablespoons drained and chopped roasted red peppers (packed in water)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-fat Parmesan-style grated topping
  • 1 stick light string cheese, cut into coins
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free or low-fat balsamic vinaigrette

 

Directions:

 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, peppers, basil, and garlic. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Place lettuce on a large plate or in a large bowl. Add tomato mixture and Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips. Sprinkle with Parm-style topping, and top with string cheese coins.
