MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- A Murfreesboro man surprised police and suddenly just turned himself in and confessing to his connection with a growing child porn investigation.

Fifty-five-year-old Leslie Foster didn't wait to be arrested.  He didn't want a trial. Instead he immediately pleaded guilty to ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and agreed to an 18-year prison sentence.

The windows of Foster's home were always covered -- raising questions among neighbors.

"Something in me ... the grandma in me said this isn't right," said Laura Kaddell who lives next door.

Kaddell said Foster would spend time with many of the kids in the neighborhood, but she kept her granddaughter away.

"No way.  He was a stranger," said Kaddell.

Detectives say they tracked Foster responding to a tip from a victim.  They learned he posed as a professional photographer to lure girls to his home.  Sometimes he would give them narcotics pills.

He convinced at least one underage girl to take her clothes off.

"We believe he actually had taken pictures of her in sexual acts she was performing on him," said Kyle Evans with the Murfreesboro Police Dept.

Foster is not yet behind bars.  He reached a temporary agreement for supervised probation and was outfitted with a ankle bracelet so he can visit his mother who is fighting cancer.  But he will report to prison soon to begin serving his sentence.

The TBI is looking through computer hard drives taken from Foster's home to see if there are any more victims.
