Police Investigate Weekend Murder

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Police are still looking for the person who killed a Nashville man and critically injured a woman Friday night just after 10:30 at an apartment on Booker Street. A preliminary investigation reveals that two men allegedly entered the residence demanding money. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were recovered.

The victim, Dwight Eddie Bond, 31,was pronounced dead at the scene. His girlfriend, Wendy Goodrich, 38, is recovering at Vanderbilt, where she remains in stable condition.

Anyone with information that could help police is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 74-CRIME.
