Franklin Police Search For Computer Thief

FRANKLIN, Tenn.- Police in Franklin are searching for a man they said stole a computer from a local store by just walking out with it.

Police said the suspect stole the computer from the Walmart store on Mallory Lane on January 26, 2013 around 4:30 in the afternoon. According to officials the man was captured on surveillance video leaving the store without paying for the computer. The computer was valued at over $800.

The suspect was seen leaving in a white GMC Envoy.

Anyone with information about this crime was asked to call Williamson County Crime Stoppers at (615) 794-4000.
