NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Officials are offering a reward for information about a bank robbery reported in Berry Hill last week.
On January 25, 2013, the Wells Fargo Bank on Thompson Lane was robbed just before 5:30 p.m. Bank leaders have offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to the identification of the gunman who robbed the bank.
The suspect was described as a black man who is approximately 5'10" tall. At the time of the robbery he was wearing dark clothing, a puffy jacket and a Titans cap.
Police said the man demanded money from a teller while showing a pistol in his right hand. After receiving cash, the gunman fled on foot behind the bank. It was unclear how much, money the suspect fled the scene with.
Anyone recognizing the robber was urged to immediately contact Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
