Man Charged With DUI Hit & Run In Own Driveway

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A Nashville man has been charged in connection with a drunken hit-and-run in his own driveway.

It happened Sunday night at an apartment complex on Brooksboro Terrace.

Police said the victim heard a crashing sound, and saw one of her neighbors backing into her car.

Police found the driver sleeping it off in his apartment. Efrain Valdez was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and DUI.
