
MURRAY, Ky. (AP) - Isaiah Canaan scored 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead Murray State to a 75-68 win in overtime against Austin Peay on Saturday.
Latreze Mushatt finished with 14 points in the Racers (16-5, 7-2 Ohio Valley Conference), who played their first overtime game of the season. Ed Daniel scored 13 points and had eight rebounds.
Canaan opened overtime with a 3-point play and knocked down a 3-pointer with 2:28 remaining to give the Racers a 5-point advantage. Canaan's 3-point shot from the right wing extended his school-record to 30 straight games of made shots from beyond the arc.
Anthony Campbell scored 16 points and had six turnovers for Austin Peay (5-18, 1-8), which has lost six straight games and 14 of its last 15 contests. Chris Horton had a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds, while Travis Betran scored 15 points and had six assists.
