NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man was charged after a robbery and fight inside a Tennessee State University dorm room.
An affidavit said 23-year-old Centerius Bryant and the victim were inside Boyd Hall on TSU's campus.
Bryant allegedly asked the victim if he had any weed. Police said when the victim said no, Bryant hit him in the face.
From there, Bryant stole the man's driver's license, two credit cards, and some cash. A fight broke out, and the two men knocked over two desk computers, damaging both of them.
Bryant was charged with robbery and vandalism, since the computers are property of TSU.
It was unclear if the two men were students at the college, or if the victim suffered any major injuries.
