Teen Hit In Leg In Madison Shooting

MADISON, Tenn. - Police were called out to a shooting Tuesday evening that left one teen injured. The shooting happened shortly after 3:00 p.m. on Fawnwood Place near Briley Parkway in Madison.

Police said a 17-year old victim was shot in the leg. Officials said the victim, along with one other person heard gun shots, then ran into a home on Fawnwood. Once inside, the victim noticed he'd been shot. He was transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.

No suspects have been identified, but police are asking the public to call (615) 862-8600 with any information.
