Franklin Leaders Decide To Seek Solution For "Contributor" Sales

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Franklin city leaders made a surprising move Tuesday night that would help those who sell The Contributor newspaper.

City leaders were set to have a final vote on a proposal limiting street vendors in the city limits. That proposal would have kept sales on the sidewalks only.

Instead city leaders decided to try to come up with another option that would allow sales to the passenger side of a stopped vehicle. This an option The Contributor is supporting.
