NASHVILLE, Tenn.- There is
new information on a meth bust in Hermitage that involved a three-year-old
child.
Police say two people are
in custody facing meth, weapon, and child neglect charges. Phillip Mason, 28, and Emily Mashburn, 23, are both behind bars. Investigators say the couple's three-year-old
daughter was home at the time of the drug bust. It happened on Mona Drive in
Hermitage near Tulip Grove Elementary School. The couple's young daughter is now being cared for by relatives.
Police say in addition to
drugs, they also found an assault-style weapon and a large amount of ammunition.
Police are also looking
for a third person, Drew S. Mena, 36. Police say the electric service at the
home is in his name, and detectives found several items inside that linked him
to the residence.
