NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A Nashville musician has admitted to seeking sex with minors.
According to the FBI, 30-year-old banjo player, Abraham Eugene Spear, entered a guilty plea Friday in a Dallas federal courtroom to one count of enticement of a minor. He admitted to communicating with someone who he believed was the mother of seven-year-old and nine-year-old girl in hopes of having sex with them.
Spear played the banjo for the Josh Thompson band. He now faces 10 years to life in prison.
