Man Injured In Bar Fight, Stabbing

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A fight outside a bar escalated overnight, leaving a man with stab wounds.

Metro Police were called to the Sling Shots Bar on Due West Avenue just after 2:00 Saturday morning. Witnesses say the victim and another man got into an argument when one of the men stabbed the other and then took off.

The victim was stabbed in the neck, but he is expected to survive. At one point, police had their K--9 unit out searching for the suspect, but as of Saturday evening, that suspect had not been apprehended.
