Four Charged In Drive-By Shooting Death Outside Nightclub
COLUMBIA, Tenn. – Columbia Police have arrested four men in connection with the fatal shooting of a woman outside a nightclub.
Justin Frierson, Earlandus Pye, Kevin Gant, and Robert McCoy were charged with second degree murder in the death of Michelle Talavera.
Talavera was found lying in the street near the Kountry Club nightspot in June 2012. Police said she was shot in the back of head. She died three days later at the hospital.

Police believe it was a gang-related drive-by shooting, and Talavera was an innocent bystander.
The four men were jailed in lieu of $500,000 bond.
