Man Charged After Police Find Child Porn On Phone App

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Police arrested a 35-year-old man Monday after they discovered child porn on his phone.

A court affidavit said Earl Arnold used the KIK app to send a picture of child pornography. Arnold was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor.

His bond was set at $37,500 and a court date was schedule for March 1.

The app has been the subject of child sex investigations before; online safety experts say KIK has no content restrictions, and is not safe for minors.
