Woman Killed In Crash In North Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A woman was killed after crashing her car into a ditch in north Nashville on Friday morning.

The crash happened at Brick Church Pike and Masonwood Drive. No other vehicles were involved.

Police said the woman in her 60s died at the scene. It was unclear what caused the crash, and her identity was not immediately released.

The Metro Nashville Police Department's Fatal Team will investigate the crash.
