Man Wanted In Connection With Drug-Related Shooting

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Police need help locating a 19-year-old man wanted in connection with a shooting near Nashboro Village earlier this month.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Terrell Lamont Booker for attempted murder and attempted especially aggravated robbery.

Police said Booker and another man came to 20-year-old Jerome Perkins' apartment on Village Green Drive to sell marijuana on March 1. While Perkins was reaching for his money after opening the door, the two men tried to rush inside at gunpoint. Perkins shut the door, but a shot was fired into the apartment, striking Perkins in the neck.

Anyone with information on Booker's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-74-CRIME.
