Woman Drives Car Into Pond In Bellevue

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A woman was not injured after driving her car into a pond in Bellevue overnight.

Police said a woman was driving through an apartment complex off Erin Lane around 3:30 a.m. Monday when she got distracted and drove into the pond.

She was not injured. Her identity has not been released.

Officers said she had been drinking, but don't think alcohol caused the crash.

It was unclear if she was charged.
