Grab your mortar and pestle, or a food processor.


3 parts sesame seed

2 parts miso

1 part rice wine vinegar



Toast the sesame seeds light in a dry skillet and transfer to mortar. Grind into a paste and add miso and vinegar. Salt to taste and mix it with your favorite vegetables, or even top a grilled piece of meat or fish with it!
