Building Destroyed By Fire In Sumner County

SUMNER COUNTY, Tenn. – A building was destroyed by fire in northern Sumner County on Friday morning.

The fire broke out just before 8 a.m. in the 400 block of Keen Hollow Road, off Fairfield Road. A propane tank exploded during the fire. 

Sky 5 HD showed embers still burning, with white smoke billowing from the remains of the structure.

It was unclear if the building was a home or some other kind of structure.

There were no reports of injuries.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
