Benefit Concert Planned For Injured Musician

Posted: Updated:

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Local musicians are planning a benefit concert to help one of their own. Gregg Lohman was severely hurt in a crash in Kentucky in early March.

Lohman is the drummer for singer Kellie Pickler. Lohman suffered a collapsed lung and had to have surgery to repair part of his spinal column.

Fellow musicians are hosting a concert Monday to help Lohman with his medical bills. It's being held at the Douglas Corner Cafe on 8th Avenue South in Nashville from 7 to 11 p.m. Organizers are asking for a $10 donation at the door.
