Billy Ray Cyrus Signs Copies Of New Book

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Country singer Billy Ray Cyrus was in Green Hills on Saturday to promote his new book. The singer was at Parnassus Books to meet fans and sign copies of "Hillbilly Heart."

The memoir follows his life growing up in Kentucky, his parents' divorce, how he got his love for music, and ultimately how he found success. Fans said even after 20 years, they're still hooked on his music.

"The first time I met him there was just a warmth and caring," said fan Denise Sloan. "You could tell that he truly cares about his fans, and that's just kept me coming back.

Billy Ray Cyrus was also celebrating his new book with a performance at the Grand Ole Opry Saturday night.
