Police Officers Spot Fire At Vacant Home

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Police officers spotted a fire at a vacant home in northwest Nashville overnight and called it in.

The fire was fully involved when the officers spotted it around 1:30 a.m. Friday on Heiman Street.

Firefighters got on the scene and put out the flames quickly. Fortunately, no one was hurt as the home was vacant.

The home was seriously damaged.

The cause of the fire was still under investigation.
