RECIPE #5001 - GARLIC SPINACH SAUTE, Wednesday, May 8, 2013

Yield: 2 servings

1 teaspoon roasted garlic grapeseed oil or olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

2 cups fresh spinach leaves

1/4 teaspoon garlic or kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Parmesan cheese

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add the spinach and cook 4 minutes or until the spinach is wilted. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve immediately with tongs or a slotted spoon.
