One In Custody, Two Wanted In South Nashville Home Invasion

Posted: Updated:

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – One man is in custody and two others are on the run after they robbed a family inside their south Nashville home early Thursday morning.

Police said a family member of the victims brought another man to the home on Paragon Mills Road, but was later asked to leave by the homeowner. When he refused to leave, another man showed up and forced his way in.

The men forced the family of seven, including three children under the age of 10, into a back bedroom. They stole a 60-inch television, and fled in a vehicle.

Police later stopped the vehicle, and took the victim's family member into custody. The others remain on the loose.

The family was able to get their TV back. It was unknown if any weapons were used.

No one was hurt.
