MANCHESTER, Tenn. - The man accused of a brutal murder in Coffee County has been brought back to the mid-state after his arrest in California.

NewsChannel 5 got exclusive video of Troy King in the Coffee County Jail. He agreed to an interview, but later refused.

King was extradited to Tennessee after he was arrested near San Diego in March.

He's accused of shooting Thomas Colucci to death in his Manchester home back in November in what initially appeared to be a home invasion.

Colucci was reportedly engaged to King's estranged wife Connie, who was also attacked in the incident.

"As of right now, we don't want to say what his motive is, but as of right now he's been charged with first degree murder and felonious 1st degree murder and theft over a thousand dollars," said Coffee County Sheriff's Captain Frank Watkins.

King is in jail on a $1 million bond. He will be back in court Wednesday.
