NASHVILLE, Tenn. - It is the day every girl dreams about and it is also the day every guy simultaneously dreads, but there may be some help for guys who just can't figure out the right way to say, "Will you marry me?"

"We've been dating almost a year, we met on Christian Mingle," Andrew Guy explained about his girlfriend Dana Lewis.

Dana will tell you her boyfriend is a sweet heart, but he can use a little help when it comes to being romantic.

"I'm very outgoing and talkative and he's very reserved and quiet," Dana said.

She's been married once before,  and so when Andrew decided things were getting serious enough to propose he knew he needed to out-do her first husband.

"I wanna beat her ex-husband's proposal on a Ferris wheel," Andrew said.

So, Andrew decided to enlist the help of Regalo Design in Nashville, a wedding design shop which has latched on to a nation-wide trend of helping guys plan out the perfect proposal.

"I can guarantee you that at no point she said 'I want to be proposed to on the jumbo tron of a Predators game or a Titans game,"' Damon Goude said about Andrew's original plan of proposing to his girlfriend.

To plan out the perfect proposal, Damon Goude will tell you it's all about the details, figuring out Dana's favorite color, favorite food and her favorite date.

"Those are the little details that when you bring them out for the proposal make her go 'wow' he really thought about this," Damon said.

Andrew provided the information.and Damon provided a plan: a picnic in a Franklin park and her favorite movie "The Notebook."

"This is his chance to kind of be the center of attention for the moment," Damon added.

After a month of planning, it all came down to last Tuesday night.

"Andrew, what did you do?" Dana said as she walked upon the surprise picnic setup in Pinkerton Park.

The couple sat down to eat amid candles and music and after an hour Andrew finally worked up the courage to ask the question.

"Will you marry me?" Andrew asked.

"I love you baby, yes," Dana responded.

Regalo Design said a proposal like the one they planned for Andrew Guy and Dana Lewis typically runs about $1,000.
