MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Two Middle Tennessee State University students are considering filing a lawsuit after they were recorded without their knowledge showering in a campus dorm.

"Myself naked in the showers.  Police asked me if this was me. I was obviously in the video. This was me," said one of the victims.

Murfreesboro police have charged 22-year-old Cremaine Booker with using his cellphone to record at least three freshman female students in the showers at Rutledge Hall -- a coed dorm on the MTSU campus earlier this year.

He is charged with 10 counts of unlawful photography invading privacy.

One victim said she spotted a cellphone propped up on the divider between showers.

"I turned off the water and the person grabbed the phone and when I looked out of the shower it was a deskworker," she said.  Both victims asked that we not reveal their identities.

The student told police the person she saw was Booker -- a senior student -- who worked the front desk in the dorm.

Police arrested him and confiscated a phone.  On it, they discovered videos of three different female students in the shower.

The victims have hired a lawyer and are considering filing a lawsuit on several grounds.

They said the university was too slow to act after the incident was first reported.  The victims said it was at least two days before Booker was arrested.

They also question whether the proper security procedures were in place in the dorm to prevent something like this from happening.

University officials declined to comment citing the ongoing investigation.
