NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Oak Ridge Boys capped off CMA Music Fest Week with a new award.

The group was given the "Hall of Faith Award." It is given out by the television show, "Sunday Morning County" to artists who've not only reached the top of their career as artists, but have also demonstrated a commitment to their faith.

The group was honored Sunday afternoon at the Grand Ole Opry. This is the 40th year The Oak Ridge Boys have been playing music together and they said every honor they're given is very special.

"We were not expecting this," said group member Joe Bonsall. "To be honored like this today is really a blessing."

As part of the show, The Oak Ridge Boys sang along with singer and former "Hee Haw" host Roy Clark.
