NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A 19-year-old man has been arrested for the second time on an indecent exposure charge after police said he exposed himself near a Nashville park.

The victim spotted the man, later identified as Aquiles Rojas, openly exposing his genitals near the Edwin Warner Park Nature Center on the afternoon of May 31.

When she spotted him, he ran and got into a white four door Acura. She took down the license plate number, which helped police identify him and she picked him out of a lineup.

At the time of the incident, he was free on $15,000 bond stemming from his arrest on April 9 on charges of sexual battery, indecent exposure and possession of Xanax and marijuana. Police said a 44-year-old woman reported Rojas drove up to her under the guise of asking for directions, grabbed her breast and drove away.

Another woman told police he also drove up to her in the nearby TJ Maxx parking lot under the guise of asking for directions. She saw that Rojas was not wearing any pants and immediately walked away.

Rojas was freed on $5,000 bond. He was scheduled to be in court later this month.
