3 8-oz pkgs cream cheese, softened 1 8-oz pkg Fontina cheese 1/2 c mayonnaise 1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped onion, thawed and squeezed dry 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
In a large bowl, beat cheeses and mayonnaise at medium speed with a mixer until combined. Add spinach and onions. Continue mixing until combined. Stir in bacon. Pour mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly. Yield: 12 to 15 servings
Serve with your favorite Pita or Bagel Chips. Try Tortilla Chips with a hint of Lime.
