Posted: Updated:

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) - Kids in Bowling Green got a lesson on eating healthy and where food comes from an ambassador for a celebrity chef.

Clyde "C.J." Miller recently paid a visit to the Boys & Girls Club of Bowling Green, and brought bags of fruit for the kids.

Miller graduated from South Central Kentucky Community and Technical College. He is a Food Revolution Community Ambassador for Bowling Green, a position that is an offshoot of the former ABC show, "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution."

Miller told the Daily News in Bowling Green that kids need to know the importance of eating well and exercising.

Seven-year-old Elijah Starks said he enjoyed Miller's visit, and ate a whole apple. He said he needs to eat well to be good at sports.
