SMYRNA, Tenn. – A man has been arrested and another is wanted in connection with a deadly shooting outside a Smyrna restaurant.

Smyrna Police along with Metro Nashville Police arrested 23-year-old Timmy Nouanemany on Friday at his parents' house on Lutie Court in Nashville. He was charged with the attempted murder of Banthavong Senesena.

Senesena, Tommy Nouanemany, and John Bouavong were shot outside the Souksavahn Restaurant on Almaville Road in Smyrna on June 23. Bouavong died from his injuries several days later.

Police said the Thai restaurant had been rented for a private graduation party when a fight broke out and shots were fired.

Police have said they believe some of the people involved in the shooting are gang members, and witnesses haven't come forward with much information.

Police are still searching for 46-year-old Bounthavy Mickey Mouthouta, aka Soviet, in connection with Bouavong's death and Tommy Nouanemany's attempted murder. Mouthouta's last known address was 105 Riddick Court in Murfreesboro. He was believed to be driving a 2004 Silva Honda Accord with a Tennessee license plate number 093-NGR. Police said he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Smyrna Police Department at (615)459-6644.
