RECIPE # 5039 - CRISPY SEA SCALLOPS, Friday, July 19, 2013

CHRIS RAINS / THE CHEF & I CATERING

 

2 peaches each, cut in thin strips

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon jalapeno, minced 

1 mango each, cut in thin strips

Zest of one lime

2 tablespoons Mirin

Salt & pepper to taste

6 each jumbo sea scallops

Aleppo pepper, to taste

 

1.           Prepare fruits and toss all ingredients together well.

2.           Season scallops with salt, pepper and Aleppo pepper

3.           Seer scallops over medium high heat for 2 minutes per side

4.           Plate and enjoy.
