1/3 cup Belle Meade Blackberry Wine 3 tablespoons sugar 1 pint blackberries 1 prepared angel food cake Vanilla ice cream Belle Meade Blackberry Chocolate Wine Sauce Fresh lime, basil or mint
Combine wine and sugar. Add berries and soak 20 minutes. Cut cake into thick slices. Serve wedges doused with wine soaked berries. Add a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with Blackberry Wine Chocolate Sauce. Add fresh lime, basil or mint to garnish. Enjoy!
